We will only use any personal data you give to us for the purposes for which you give it to us, or for any purposes required by law enforcement or fraud prevention. We will not use your personal data for any marketing purposes without first obtaining your consent. There is currently no option to give this consent because I am not doing any targeted marketing.
When you make a purchase on this website, we collect some personal data from you for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We use your email address to send you notifications that relate specifically to your order, such as an order confirmation. We use your name and address to post your order to you. We use your billing details to process the payment you have requested, which will involve sharing your billing details with your payment provider (e.g. your bank) so they can authorise and make the payment. This personal data is encrypted and sent over a secure connection. We may store your personal data relating to your order in a secure database for up to 2 months for the purposes of issuing a refund should you exercise your right to cancel the purchase. After this time, I will delete your personal data from our record of your order unless you have created an account with us as detailed below.

An account allows you to login to this website, view details of your orders, and save your delivery address and payment details for repeated use so you do not have to re-enter them each time you checkout. When you create an account with us, we will collect personal data from you for the purposes of administering your account and providing you with the stated services. This personal data will be stored in a secure database for up to 2 years after the last time you logged into your account. After 2 years, we may delete an inactive account and all the personal data associated with it.

Once your personal data has been deleted from our systems it will not be possible to refund any item(s) you have purchased from us.
